"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?" 1 Corinthians 6:19
"Nine days of treating your body as the temple it truly is."
This cleanse began as a personal practice and grew into the most transformative program I offer. What never ceases to move me is how the body responds when it is finally given what it has always known it needed.
Simple food. Warm, herb-rich, whole, and alive. Early sleep. Warm water and fresh Tulsi tea from morning to night. The ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda has mapped the body's seasonal intelligence for over five thousand years. What modern science has only recently confirmed, the ancient physicians already knew.
As a follower of Jesus, I understand this practice through the lens of stewardship. These nine days are an offering, a clearing of the temple so that more of His purposes can move through you. The rewards are not subtle. By day four, the heaviness begins to lift. By day nine, you will feel it.

The body begins to release what it has been carrying. Something shifts. The prayer that orients everything else is written here.
"Let us throw off everything that hinders." Hebrews 12:1
This is where the heaviness lifts. Participants consistently describe Days 5 and 6 as when they first notice something genuinely different.
"He restores my soul." Psalm 23:3
The cleanse completes. What participants carry forward is not information. It is a lived experience of what the body feels like when it is truly clear.
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2
The complete nine-day protocol: structure, daily schedule, foods, herbs, lifestyle, and recovery.
All core recipes: Uma Kanji, Shiitake Deep Greens, herb broths, golden milk, and the Tulsi tea ritual.
Five thousand years of sacred medicine. The full science, how to brew it, and why it anchors this cleanse.
What ghee truly is, why it is medicine, how to make your own, and how to use it therapeutically.
The three-fruit Ayurvedic formula, its colon-restoring properties, and the full daily protocol.
Understanding your digestive fire, how to protect it during cleansing, and the practices that stoke it.
The midnight restoration window, castor oil packs, and the liver-specific herb protocol.
The 9 PM to 5 AM protocol, the biology of the liver's prime window, and how to build the evening practice.
Every plant in the program: turmeric, dandelion, milk thistle, ashwagandha, saffron, with full science.
The purge day protocol, enema practice, and how to fully restore the microbiome after nine days.
The spring equinox is the one moment of the year when the body is most ready for this work. Ancient Ayurvedic physicians knew this. Modern chronobiology now confirms it.
This program is built on that knowledge, not as philosophy, but as precise biological protocol: the right foods, the right herbs, the right timing, and the right quality of rest.
Every meal is freshly cooked from seasonal spring produce, medicinal herbs, and ghee. Nothing packaged, nothing leftover. Food as medicine, prepared with intention.
Tulsi, Triphala, turmeric, kutki, ashwagandha: a carefully assembled herbal protocol sourced from Organic India, guiding every day of the nine.
The daily rhythm of early sleep, morning stillness, a mid-day meal as the primary act of nourishment. These restore the body's own capacity to heal.
Prayer, scripture, and a daily cleanse journal make this not merely a physical practice, but an offering of the whole self back to God.
"Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me."Psalm 51:10
Nine days is long enough to complete a genuine colon and liver cleanse while remaining fully able to live and work. What participants consistently describe is not subtle.
Every tier includes the complete ten-guide library and the full program protocol. Choose the level of support that serves your practice.
Spaces in the Guided and Private tiers are intentionally limited to preserve the quality of community and personal attention.
Early registration closes March 12, the start of the preparation week.
Helene Leeds is a practitioner of Ayurvedic culinary medicine and a guide to the practices of seasonal restoration, whole foods healing, and the sacred stewardship of the body. She has worked with leaders, mothers, artists, and healers across many years of practice.
Her approach brings together the five-thousand-year tradition of Ayurvedic medicine and the Christian understanding of the body as temple, not as a compromise between two frameworks, but as a recognition that both are streams from the same original wisdom about how the human body is designed to heal.
The Spring Equinox Restorative Cleanse is the program she returns to herself, every year, at the equinox. It is the most complete expression of everything her practice has taught her about what the body truly needs.
The equinox comes once. The body has been waiting for this level of attention. Begin here.
